ABOUT

Bonnie Dismore, M.S.Ed, ACALC

I’ve lived with ADHD for as long as I can remember—though I didn’t always have a name for it. Growing up, I often felt like my mind was racing faster than everyone else’s, making it hard to keep pace in a traditional classroom. Little did I know that the energy and creativity coursing through my brain could one day become some of my greatest strengths. Those early experiences sparked a passion in me to help others who feel the same way—misunderstood, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of how to channel their abundant thoughts. Determined to turn my struggles into a source of strength for others, I earned my Master of Science in Education with a focus on Counseling. After supporting people of all ages and walks of life, I started my journey to become an Advanced Certified ADHD coach and discovered my calling: partnering with individuals who have ADHD to work toward strategies that tap into their unique strengths. Though I work with a broad range of clients, I have a special passion for supporting children and teens with ADHD—helping them build confidence and navigate a world that isn’t always designed for brains like ours. I’m a Colorado native who now calls Parker, Colorado home. I share a busy, joyful life with my wonderful husband and our two very active, young sons. Balancing a career, family, and my own ADHD challenges isn’t always easy, but it’s taught me how vital a supportive community (and my own coach) can be. That’s exactly what I hope to offer through Parker ADHD Coaching and Consulting: a welcoming environment where we work together to develop skills, cultivate resilience, and celebrate every step forward—no matter how small. If you’re ready to discover a more empowered approach to ADHD, I’d be honored to join you on your
